Millions of people deal with back pain everyday. In this course Master Chen will take you through some movements/stretches that are based in Chinese medicine, Tai Chi, and QiGong movements and Yin/Yang philosophies to help you release and reconnect. Our daily lives now involve postures and movements that often "lock" channels and energy flow, especially with work involving computers and repetitive motions. Master Chen has broken this video into 4 sections, so you do not have to complete the full 8 minute video and can practice at your own pace when convenient. Remember you should always consult a physician before performing any new exercise.
