I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program/seminar/event. You will not receive a belt rank or official certification with this course. A certification of completion or session(s) attended will be given upon completion of session(s).

Pricing includes instruction at seminars only – does not include any food, accommodations, travel etc.., only admission to the sessions paid for. All refund requests are subject to review. You may be entitled to a full or partial refund, minus processing fees.
