Having such knowledge, I hereby acknowledge this release, any representatives, agents, and successors of Jianfeng Chen/Dao Universe/Oregon Tai Chi Wushu from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur because of participating in the said physical activity (the seminar/event). I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program/seminar/event. The lessons/content provided through this website/event/seminar should under no circumstances replace professional medical help, advice, treatment, training, or diagnosis. Attendee waves the ability to hold JianFeng Chen/Dao Universe/Oregon Tai Chi Wushu and any of its personnel liable, whether it be on Sun Studio premises or participating in activities away from JianFeng Chen/Dao Universe/Oregon Tai Chi Wushu and Sun Studio premises.

You will not receive a belt rank or official certification with this course. A certification of completion or session(s) attended will be given upon completion of session(s).

Pricing includes instruction at seminars only – does not include any food, accommodations, travel etc.., only admission to the sessions paid for. All refund requests are subject to review. You may be entitled to a full or partial refund, minus processing fees and subject to restrictions stated at time of purchase.

Any personal items brought into the studio for attending the seminar are at the responsibility of the seminar/workshop attendee and attendee is responsible for any theft/damage or other to personal items inside or outside the seminar location including personal vehicle.

Attendee(s) of Seminars/Events authorize JianFeng Chen/Dao Universe/Oregon Tai Chi Wushu to use photos/videos taken during event for future marketing/commercial/social media use by Dao Universe/Oregon Tai Chi Wushu/JianFeng Chen and any of its subsidiaries.

All programs/forms/videos/photos accessed through the Jianfeng Chen’s Dao Universe/Oregon Tai Chi Wushu website/social media are for attendee/subscriber’s personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes by purchaser.
