Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong (8 Pieces of Brocade) is the most popular Qi Gong form and has been practiced for centuries by millions of people.  Qi Gong can be translated to “Energy Work”.  It is broken down into 8 separate sections, each focusing on a different physical area Qi meridian and the flow of Qi.  By practicing movements and breathing that help with the smooth circulation of Qi, the practitioner can balance the energy of your mind and body and can learn to maintain this balance of yin/yang throughout the day.  These movements can also help flexibility and strengthen joints and is beneficial for quality of life, sleep quality, balance and more.  This form is energizing and calming.  Master Chen takes you through each of the 8 movements teaching you details of this very ancient form.
