Common Questions from Members

You can cancel your membership anytime from your account settings.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click your profile icon at the top of the page.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Open the Billing section.

  5. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm your request.

After canceling, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

If you cannot find the cancellation option, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

Payments may fail due to:

• expired credit cards
• insufficient funds
• bank security blocks
• PayPal authorization issues

To update your payment method:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Open Billing

  4. Update your payment details

Once your payment method is updated, your membership access will continue.

Password reset emails are sent automatically by the system.

If you do not receive it:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Check the Promotions tab if you use Gmail
• Make sure the email address entered is correct

If the email still does not appear, please contact support and we will manually resend the login instructions.

After signing up, you should receive a confirmation email with your login link.

If you cannot log in:

  1. Make sure you are using the same email address used during purchase.

  2. Click Forgot Password on the login page to create a new password.

  3. Check your spam or promotions folder for the login email.

If you still cannot access your account, please contact support and we will help you restore your access.

If videos are not loading or playing, try the following:

• refresh the page
• clear your browser cache
• try a different browser (Chrome or Safari work best)
• check your internet connection

You can watch the videos on:

• desktop or laptop
• tablet
• mobile phone

If the issue continues, please contact support and include the device, browser you are using, and if possible a screenshot of the error you are seeing.

If you have an active membership but the videos are still locked, try the following:

  1. Log out of your account.

  2. Log back in using the same email address you used to purchase your membership.

  3. Refresh the page or reopen the library.

If the problem continues, please contact our support team so we can check that your membership is properly connected to your account.

Sometimes access issues happen when a member logs in with a different email than the one used to purchase the membership.

After purchasing a course, it should appear in your course library dashboard.

If you do not see it:

• Log out and log back in
• Refresh your browser
• Make sure you are using the same email address used for purchase

If the course still does not appear, please contact support and we will check your purchase and unlock the course for you.

If you selected the wrong course during checkout, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Include:

• your email address
• the course you purchased
• the course you intended to buy

We will review your purchase and help you switch the course or resolve the issue if possible.
