What if I have food or other allergies?

Simple food modifications may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed. Local businesses may not always be able to accommodate specific allergies.

Any additional arrangements or costs are the participant’s responsibility, and participants are responsible for managing their own allergy-related needs and risks.

Major tours will be conducted in English, with some Mandarin Chinese support. Translation from Mandarin to English will also be provided for selected cultural experiences, training sessions, and interactions with local masters and martial arts groups.

What level of health and physical fitness is needed?

A basic level of cardiovascular fitness and mobility is recommended. Some sightseeing days may include approximately 3–4 miles of walking, stairs, and uneven surfaces.

The Great Wall includes cobblestones and large stone steps, although some areas offer cable cars or chair lifts. Training and workshops should always be modified to suit your individual abilities.
